At Gulf Star we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and response times. If you call us and we miss you, please be assured that we will always return a call!
We are pretty hot on emails too, so you’ll get a response within the same day. If you need to get in touch with us quickly, you can always send us a text message too.
At Gulf Star we are 24/7, so do not be put off by calling us at weekend or evenings – a good time for you is a good time for us!
Please see the Gulf Star representative located at the venues at specific times to register for the activities. Please complete the correct booking form and please ensure this accompanies payment.
All bookings for all activities are required to be paid in full and in advance to confirm booking. Cash, Credit Card or Cheques are accepted. Cheques to be made payable to Star Sports Services.
Transfer of funds may be offered where Gulf Star do not incur costs as a result of a cancelled transaction. If a place is purchased and not used, it cannot be resold and therefore does not qualify for refund.
