Gulf Star Sports work in partnership with the finest dance professionals from the UK. Our teachers are qualified from Dance schools globally and have a real appetite for helping kids reach their goals.
Gulf Star hope to break down the elitist barriers surrounding dance, and make it available to everyone within the UAE, from the absolute beginner to the advanced dancer.
Gulf Star offers dance in every venue that it works in. We bring together a blend of our own fantastic teachers as well as using some of the finest dance schools in the middle east, to ensure every child gets the quality that they deserve.
About our Academy
Classes start at the ‘barre’, which supports the balance of the body while it completes various routines designed to increase strength, mobility and ‘turn out’ – a rotation of the entire leg outwards from the hip joint giving the distinctive ‘classical line’ associated with ballet and enabling the body to balance more efficiently. The discipline required for ballet develops a heightened sense of grace and fluidity.
